Privacy policy

Overview

TrendMotion is provided by Code Technology Inc. TrendMotion is a personal health and routine tracker. No TrendMotion account is required. We do not operate a server that stores your health records, and the app includes no advertising or analytics SDKs.

Apple Health

With your permission, TrendMotion reads weight, body-fat percentage, lean body mass and workout information, including available active calories. Health readings are held in memory on your device, not uploaded by TrendMotion. The app does not write to Apple Health. You can change permissions in Apple Health → your profile → Apps → TrendMotion. Revoking permission does not delete the original records in Apple Health.

Saved information

Foods, meals, plans, nutrition goals, body stats used for calorie estimates, manually logged workouts, reminder schedules, history and notes are stored in protected local files. Display and alert preferences use device preferences. Local records are excluded from backups. Deleting the app deletes its local records; there is currently no account recovery or export/restore feature.

Barcode lookup

If you choose barcode lookup, the product code is sent over HTTPS to Open Food Facts to retrieve food information. The service also receives normal connection information such as your IP address and the app user agent. Camera frames are processed on your device and are not uploaded by TrendMotion. Open Food Facts operates independently under its own privacy policy. You can enter food manually instead.

Reminder alerts

If you enable notifications, upcoming reminder dates and generic notification text are submitted to iOS for local delivery. Notification previews omit supplement names, doses and notes. No remote push service is used. Turn alerts off in Options → Reminder alerts, or change notification permissions in iPhone Settings.

Your choices and retention

You can edit or delete individual entries in the app. Local records remain until you delete them or delete the app. Records that originate in Apple Health remain managed by Apple Health. TrendMotion does not sell health information or use it for advertising.

Opening a reference or help link takes you to another service with its own privacy practices. For support or privacy questions, email contact@trendmotion.app. Share only the information needed to describe the problem; avoid including health records or personal measurements.

This policy describes the current app. We will update it when data handling changes. Updated September 9, 2026.

This website and support email

This website does not ask you to upload Health records. Hosting providers process normal connection information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the site. If you email us, we use your email address and the information you send to respond and resolve your request. Do not send medical records. Contact us about access or deletion of support correspondence.
